What is your MOQ ?
Different products with different MOQ,usually our MOQ is 3000pcs/color,but we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
Could I get samples?
Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc.We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
How many colors are available?
Any colors,just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Do you have inspection procedures for product?
100% self-inspection before packing. We have professional QC and test equipments to ensure the quality.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes 25-35 days for MOQ.High MOQ can be negotiated.When the demand is large, the time can be negotiated.We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
